From Spring
At present (Spring version 0.64b1) the only working AI is JCAI, which is included in the Spring sourceforge CVS repository. It works but it's still very weak. Other AI's are in development There is a also Random_enemies script - which can be used for some basic testing.
Useful existing documentation on the Spring unit AI can be found here K-mans Spring AI documentation, however this is not related to global AI.
Jouninkomiko has a topic on the Global AI Interface running here.
Alantai Firestar has a lot of theory on the topic at his site, and has working code in progress.
Triaxx had a topic about it 5 Matrix AI 1,2,3 and some stuff at AF's site.
