UberHack or UH is one of the most popular mods for OTA.

It is a balancing mod produced and overseen by the excellent Brave Sir Robin - widely acknowledged as one of the best balancers around. Sadly he seems to have disspeared from the TA scene a few years back, but he did leave us a final version of UH - 4.0.

You can download the Spring version from file universe, though at time of writing it is a straightforward conversion to spring so things like any-direction factories aren't available.

For more details on the original mod, see this review or BSR's web site or even Wikipedia.
