The Galactic Human Empire is on the verge of collapse. Hard pressed to keep the Tessarin at bay the GHE Goverment was forced to introduce conscription. With most of their resources expent on the war the ordinary people are running out of food. After making the stark discovery that the fertile Western sector has already been claimed by the Psychasi the GHE has no way of gathering large scale resources. Now some have started up a resistance movement known as the CRU (Civilian Rights Union) and they are rapidly gaining support, including that of the Psychasi. What neither the CRU or Psychasi know is that if the Galactic Human Empire does collapse, the Tessarin will be fully able to bring in their most deadly weapon...
