Rules
-The King of Commander Shooter must accept challenges from anyone, or give them the title by default.
-The King chooses the map the challenge is made on.
-The king chooses who hosts. (Unless either is unable to host)
-Speed must be set at 1.0
-If there is overly laggy then the challenge is invalid.
